ELMAN’S REALLY DIRTY MARTINI RECIPE
2 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz vermouth
1/2 oz Elman’s fine brine
1 or 2 Elman’s pickle spears
In mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin and vermouth. Stir well, about 30 seconds, then strain into Martini glass. Garnish with olive or lemon twist and serve.
